KUALA LUMPUR: PAS will use the effective methods at the Bukit Gantang by-election in Perak to campaign at the Manik Urai by-election in Kelantan on July 14.
Information chief Idris Ahmad said to strengthen the information machinery, PAS headquarters would provide issues at national level while Kelantan PAS would handle the local issues.
"We are in close cooperation with the information machinery at Manik Urai. Kelantan PAS is in high spirit after the good showing at Bukit Gantang in April," he told reporters after taking over the post from vice president Datuk Mahfuz Omar here Monday.
On talks that photographs of PAS president Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang would be banned in Manik Urai, Idris said he has yet to be officially informed on the matter.
"I am not clear on this but is confident that the issue can be resolved," he added. (Bernama)
